1. General Policy

At Jolaira, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer store credit for eligible returns within 14 days of delivery. Refunds to the original payment method are not provided.

Please note: Final sale items, preorders after shipment, and customized products are non-returnable.

2. Return Process (B2C – Individual Customers)

  1. Contact us at returnsupport@jolaira.com to initiate a return.
  2. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and postmarked within 14 days of delivery.
  3. Once your return is received and inspected, store credit will be issued.
  4. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3. Preorder Items

  • Preorders can be returned for store credit within 14 days of delivery.
  • If a preorder is canceled before shipment, a 15% cancellation fee may apply.
  • Preorders after shipment are eligible for store credit only, not cash refunds.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 2 business days of delivery at support@jolaira.com.
  • We will provide a replacement or store credit once the issue is verified.

5. B2B / Wholesale Orders

  • Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis.
  • Damaged or incorrect wholesale items must be reported within 5 business days of delivery.
  • Customized or final sale items are non-returnable.
  • Contact wholesale@jolaira.com for assistance with B2B returns.

6. Shipping & Responsibility

  • Jolaira is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during return shipping.
  • We recommend using trackable shipping for all returns.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
