All orders are subject to approval by Jolaira. We reserve the right to reject any order for any reason, including but not limited to insufficient stock, payment issues, or buyer ineligibility.

Payments must be made in full prior to shipping unless otherwise agreed. Accepted payment methods include credit card, debit card, and other payment methods specified by Jolaira.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Jolaira is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or other third parties.
5. Returns and Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are subject to approval. Products must be in original condition, unused, and with all tags attached. Custom or final sale items are non-returnable. Buyers must contact Jolaira for return authorization before sending any item.
6. Reseller Requirements
To purchase from Jolaira, a valid reseller’s permit or tax exemption document is required. We reserve the right to verify and reject any application without explanation. Buyers should refer to the Wyoming Department of Revenue https://revenue.wyo.gov/ for guidance.
7. Taxes
Buyers are responsible for all applicable sales taxes, use taxes, or other taxes associated with their purchase unless a valid tax exemption is provided.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, images, designs, and trademarks of Jolaira are the exclusive property of the company. Buyers may not copy, reproduce, or use any material without prior written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
Jolaira is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use products purchased. Our liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the buyer for the products in question.
10. Governing Law
All transactions and disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles.
