Payment
- B2C (Individual Customers): Payment is due at checkout. Once an order is placed, no cancellations or modifications can be made. Store credit is available for returns postmarked within 14 days of delivery. Refunds to the original payment method are not issued. Discount codes cannot be retroactively applied.
- B2B (Wholesale / Retail Customers): Payment terms are generally Net 30 for approved accounts. New accounts may require prepayment or a 50% deposit. Accepted payment methods include Bank Transfer, Credit Card, or PayPal. Full payment is required before shipping for preorders or custom orders unless credit terms are established.
Preorders
- Payment is collected at the time the order is placed, not upon shipping.
- In-stock items can be ordered with preorders; in-stock items ship immediately, preorder items ship separately with tracking.
- Preorder shipping dates are listed on product pages. If delayed, customers may request a refund before shipment; after shipping, returns are eligible for store credit within 14 days of delivery.
- Preorders canceled before shipment may incur a 15% fee.
Shipping
- Domestic (USA): Free standard shipping for orders over $75; under $75, $7.95. Alaska/Hawaii: $20. Standard 3–10 business days; Priority 2–4 days; Priority Express 1–2 days (not available for PO Boxes).
- International: Shipping to Canada only, standard 6–20 business days via USPS, UPS, or DHL at $26.95 USD flat rate. Expedited international shipping is not available. Customs, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
- Shipping delays may occur during holidays or peak seasons.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment confirmation.
- Customers must provide accurate shipping information. Incorrect addresses may incur additional fees.
- PreppyDresses is not responsible for stolen packages after delivery, shipping delays caused by carriers, or lost/missing packages if package protection was not purchased. Claims must be filed directly with the carrier.
Package Protection
- If items are lost or damaged in transit, contact support@jolaira.com within 2 business days.
- Package protection covers replacements for lost or damaged items; if replacements are unavailable, store credit will be issued.
- Does not cover stolen or missing packages after delivery confirmation. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
B2B Specific Notes
- Minimum order: $500 per order for wholesale pricing.
- Returns are handled case-by-case; damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 5 business days.
- Customized or final sale items are non-returnable.
