1. Eligibility
- You must provide a valid Reseller’s Permit or Tax Exemption Certificate.
- Only authorized businesses are eligible to purchase at wholesale prices.
2. Orders & Payment
- Orders must be placed through our approved channels.
- Payment is required in full prior to shipping unless otherwise agreed.
- Supplier reserves the right to reject any order.
3. Pricing & Shipping
- Wholesale prices are confidential and may change at any time.
- Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
- Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
4. Returns & Exchanges
- Returns require prior written authorization.
- Products must be in original, unused condition with tags attached.
- Custom or final sale items are non-returnable.
5. Resale Terms
- Products must be sold in original condition and packaging.
- Unauthorized online sales, brand misuse, or price violations may result in termination of your wholesale account.
6. Taxes
- Buyers are responsible for all applicable sales or use taxes unless a valid tax exemption is provided.
7. Intellectual Property
- All logos, designs, and content are owned by preppydresses / AHLAM FASHION LLC and cannot be used without permission.
8. Liability & Termination
- Supplier is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
- Supplier may terminate your wholesale privileges at any time.
9. Governing Law
- This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.
